7th NCL-RF Annual Student Conference

Organised by Research Students, CSIR-NCL

We, the students of CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory (CSIR-NCL), Pune, with the help of SciLogy- the AcSIR Science Club, NCL-TEC at CSIR-NCL, present, are organising a conference for the students titled "Annual Students' Conference". We plan to conduct this event annually, and this will be the Seventh year of the conference series, which will take place from 2ndDecember 2025 to 3rd December 2025. This conference is for the students by the students. This two-day conference offers a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the latest innovations, trends, and concerns, as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Chemistry and interdisciplinary studies, with an emphasis on the most recent developments.

This conference will comprise
Presentations Guidlines

  • Plenary Lecture
  • 3 Minute Thesis (3MT)
  • Oral Presentations
  • Poster Presentations ( English & Hindi )
  • Panel Discussion
In addition, exciting plenary lectures, panel discussions and a CULTURAL EVENING

The research students of NCL and other academic institutes will present their work in the areas.

The registration fee
  1. Student Delegates(PA/ JRF/ SRF/ RA/ PDF/ Project students/ Interns): Rs. 1300/
  2. Academic Delegates/Scientists: Rs. 2000/-
  3. Industry Delegates: Rs. 2500/-
Note:
  • On site (direct) registration will not be entertained.
  • Registration fee includes conference proceedings in soft copy, conference kit, lunch, and refreshments.
  • Travel and accommodation expenses have to be borne by the participants themselves.
